Meet our Year-Round Vendors
There are lots of folks to meet at Shortline Produce Co.! Our Year-Round Vendors provide the sturdy framework that we have built our Food Community opon.
Let’s meet them:
Sunshine and Sourdough: Delivering fresh handcrafted Bread loaves weekly: on Saturdays after 11. You can choose a chewy Artisan Boule, fragrant herbed focaccia, heavenly sandwich slicer loaves with cheddar, cheese and jalapeno or plain. Maybe plan a special breakfast with Cinnamon, Chocolate or Blueberry toast! Sunday brunch will be extra-special when you take home a pan of decadent cinnamon rolls! Sunshine is a very popular vendor, and sells out quickly. Hustle in grab you some of this very special bread.
M3 Bee Farm: Stocking local Honey, this Veteran-owned business has been with Shortline Produce Co. since before the beginning. A full time Beekeeper since February 2020, Mike is a Member of the Northeastern Oklahoma Beekeepers Association (NEOBA), and provides Honey Bee Education, Swarm removal, Nucleus Colonies (NUC's), Local Queens, and Local Honey. Mike Landry and M3 Bee Farm is an invaluable asset to Shortline Produce Co., and to the Oklahoma Bee Industry.
Shortline Farms: Home of Cherokee County’s oldest and largest Elderberry Orchard, a Market Garden and an On-Farm Processing Kitchen, Shortline Farms stocks Elderberry Health Syrup, Ultimate Health Tonic, Award-Winning Jams and Jelly, Eggs, Pickles, and Honey. During the growing season, Shortline Farms will stock tomatoes, peppers, beans, sweet potatoes, berries, melons, cabbage, greens, cucumbers and okra: lots of produce choices will be available.
We have many more local seasonal growers and micro-vendors as well, that bring in a variety of fresh produce weekly. We are looking forward to the warmer weather and the lovely local produce that will come with it. Be sure to watch for local melons, sweet corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, okra, peaches, peppers, and more!
Call Loretta at 918-316-2939 if you reside in Oklahoma and are interested in bringing your own produce in to Shortline Produce Co. We need to talk!
